ma'am, the maximum punishment u/s 6 is the death penalty. please correct. other than that, I feel that you are one of the very good teachers on youtube who tries to stick to bareact. most of them are unworthy of teaching.

Mam under sec 41 .... The consent thing is how much valid if a doctor penetrate in the name of medical examination... What kind of medical examination is guiding doctor to do penetration....... Section 3 5 shouldn't be mention there

He includes she as the act is gender neutral plus read with sec 8 of ipc He includes she.
Section 15 puri trh substitute ho chuka haii...apne purana section padhya h...kindly rectify...and do check the amendment completely before giving lectures
