In terms of PE is costly but never reply on PE but it depends on sector to sector so if we see this stock price to book value it's costly once it will be adjusted then u can buy but rely only on PE I have in stock market for more than 7 years there are certain valuation criteria which we follow for sector to sector ...... So do more research
