How do you clean the inside?
We recommend using a compressed air duster to clean out the slots, and a damp washcloth (just water) to clean the base. Be sure to keep any water away from the knife slots when cleaning the base 🙂
Wait, isn't this a hazard? Wouldn't the metal particles from the knife still be on the knife when its pulled out? Wouldn't that go in the food? Am I dumb?
Hi there, no need to worry about metal particles getting in your food. Our built in honing wheels are there to re-align the teeth of your blade, making them sharper, for longer. No metal is shedding off of the blade. 👏
Not all of us are chefs I picked this set up and don't know which one goes where in the block there is no instructions

Yeah it should be labeled. Mine is labeled with the name of each knife
