Yesss Think fast and slow was a game changer for me too. I would suggest to check Antifragile by Nassim Taleb too in case you don't know, it's a very powerful lesson in poker and life. Really great content in the podcast. Thank you.

    - When negative emotions come up deal with them immediately instead of pushing them back down
    - Talking to your own webcam can be therapeutic
    - In practice blockers only really matter in narrow ranges like 4B pots
    - People who are easier on themselves have better chances of being successful. It's a lot more productive to go into your session understanding that nobody plays perfectly and that you are going to make a lot of mistakes
    - The exploits are the only things that matter since the equilibrium is very fragile
    - Study the fundamentals as much as possible
    - The 2 most valuable ways of making money are learning to exploit recreationals maximally and having your own software that other players don't have
    - Your intuition isn't nearly as reliable as you think
    - Don't expect your results to immediately get better when learning new skills
    - Read book The Courage To Be Disliked
    - Read book Thinking Fast and Slow
    - Read Book Letting Go (David Hawkins)

1:21:02 The closer I get to figuring out how to beat higher stakes, the harder the work is getting, and the more anxiety I’m feeling. I’m worried I’ll work my ass off for a few years only to realize I’m not good enough to beat high stakes. I’m more terrified of not trying. I think I need to put away my hobbies for awhile.

All poker coaches have the same thing in common, they dont actually play poker.
