- Our show is like a family and over the years we have gotten to know each other’s quirks. Guillermo has a lot of phobias. So to help him with one of them, we staged an intervention of sorts and sent him to a virtual reality therapist.

It's exposure therapy. It works over time.
Exposure therapy helped with my anxiety tremendously. It’s just not an overnight solution. You do something multiple times til you stop caring.

Not necessary I beat my shark fear in a similar way meaning just looking at the scariest looking shark pics I could find on google and it actually worked😂 so i came to the Conclusion that you just need to look at that thing that you are afraid of and eventually you get used to it..

They do have ears, they're just internal and covered in skin, they dont hear as well as lizards but my snakes have responded to my voice

They give me the heebies but I can't really say that they scare me or I'm terrified of them, no. Honestly I can't imagine being that scared of anything!
