Another reason of adding the ripple effect with hairdryer is to eliminate the top reflection. That is purely symmetrical which in most cases is not preferred in the final photo.
Compliments for the video again. I absolutely love the attention to detail you are paying. I’ve been into the aquarium hobby for over 10 years and been working on my aquascaping since December last year. These videos help me in moving into the right direction and doing the right things.
Thank you for another great video full of hints & tips. I particularly like the use of the cardboard and hairdryer. Thanks once again, take care my friend 👍😷👍
@@MJAquascaping you know I am having a little leak in the aquarium, it is old needs to be replace, so I purchase the very exact one but new =) you should make a video into how to move everything from one aquarium into another to avoid the risk of loosing fish, snail, shrimp, plants, and most important beneficial bacteria... may the force be with you =)
Wow..you r the best in all of scaper ...you are doing great job...so informative video with full of knowledge ..thanks for sharing your tips with us..❤️❤️❤️lv from heart legend ...Goldy singh aquagold 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks Mark for this cause I need it since I’ve been on Instagram a lot lately with my tanks! Non stop great quality content! You should have as many subs as you do followers on Instagram!
Awesome video MJ! You're also really good at videography, and it'd be great if you could do a similar video about videography for videos (just a possible video idea). Thank you for sharing MJ! I 100% agree with having no other light in the room. It makes a big difference. Keep it up man! 👍
I'm a bit split on this for contests. It become's a photograph contest wich is fine but on the other hand we could argue it should be about the scape only.
I actually quite like it, it just looks clean. Yes you have some distortion if you look at it from an angle, but the same happens to a normal tank. And with a normal tank at some point the silicone will get dirty, you won’t have that with these tanks.

I did not know this! But that makes a lot of sense!
Great Mark, I was hoping you would make this video. Some brilliant tips and tricks for me to try out, thanks again bud 👍🤜

Good tips. Maybe next time little bit more about camera settings?
When I get a better camera 📸
@@MJAquascaping You don't need a better camera - your photos are great.
Iv got to try the cardboard trick this weekend ! Maybe thats why iv never been happy with any pictures iv taken of my tanks yet.
Nice and Very informative Video Sir

Hey Mj,
How is the diy co2 going? Will you be making an update about it as I am thinking to buy one. Thanks!
Hey Joe! Still doing great! I think the first recipe is about half way done. When it’s finished I will do an update!
@@MJAquascaping thanks alot for the update. Sounds like it lasts for a while. Looking forward for your honest reviews 😁
Nice Video
What camera did you use? and what is that connected to the camera screen?
we love you
I have a go pro hero 7 would this be good for taking photos ?
I don't think so. It only has a wide angle lens right?
It has wide and linear that is a lot less wide
4k photo
👍
My Samsung Note 20 Ultra has alot of camera settings and so had all the other Samsungs I've had.
It seems that quite some scapers dislike tanks with rounded edges because of the distortions. What do you think about this?

@@MJAquascaping Thanks. I also like the appearance of those tanks. I'm planning a scape and just can't decide which kind of tank.
