I watched your first unboxing review (also my first video) while seeing if these were worth it! Love what you stand for and love that you took the time to rearview this product!
From what I can see, you do a great job at reviewing products! Detailed and honest. Doing reviews on fishing products, sunglasses, boats, places to fish around the area, state or country (road trips) would be super cool and maybe a great way to keep growing your channel!

Cannot beat how much they back up their product. I’ve been through 3 pairs of Ventura’s in the last year and have had the same polarization separation on each pair. Their customer service is great and offered to let me try another model. Hopefully these will hold up.
They have lasted a good while imntuff on glasses but they get the job done! I appreciate the awsome comment👊

Had Costas prior to Covid, They didnt last 2 years before half the rubber had eroded away from the sweat and being in the ocean. They were RX and were around $500 without Polarized ($650 with polarization). I bought a pair of Progear Racers from an online store out of Israel and 7 months of Miami sun/sea use and they still in perfect shape. THey cost $150 RX. Sure they not quite as good as the costas but take them any day now, especially seeing as Costa RX lenses have like doubled in price. Cant see myself trying these Shadyrays, like people said, too many people saying they got easy replacements.

I love Shady rays I have so many pairs of different styles and colors I'm vip! Love every pair I gave ever had there customer service is second to none and the warranty is amazing plus if for some reason you get a defect even if it happens a year later like the hinge comes off they will replace that for free! With as many different pairs of shady rays I should see if I can't get them to oay me to do reviews

The one thing I'm hesitant about buying shady rays is that in every comment section, there seems to be a lot of people who says they got easy replacements...which is good. But I gotta wonder why so many people are getting replacements so frequently. Is it worth the 10 dollars and the trouble to replace them so frequently?
It depends on how you treat your glasses. Iv had replacements no problem. But I also work construction building stuff and I destroy glasses quick

My pair was stolen so I asked for a replacement, no question asked and shipped pretty quick

If you don’t want the coating to come off when you clean them it has to be rinsed in fresh water first id say air dry shake’em off if you like. The problem when you sweat is there’s sodium in the sweat molecules and breaks down the coating. Same thing when you go salt water fishing it’s fine to get some salt water on them but I think it even says on the web site somewhere rinse in fresh water to keep the coating in optimum condition.

I have a pair of Rayban Predator sunglasses that lasted 10 years and i wore them every day. I just ordered some shady Rays to try......
They are great for fishing or work glasses. middle of the line for $80 is a good medium

Iv had 3 pairs of shady rays. The first to frames broke at the top of the lenses for no real reason at all. The third pair the lenses are separating. Like the layers are coming apart. That pair is about a year old now. They are $20 glasses at best and they charge $50 plus for them

Shady Rays only provides two replacement pairs. They do not replace them for life.

You seem very hyped about these but you are incorrect about where they are made. The help section on their website states that they are made in China, with the only exception being the X Series Realtree Edition, which is made in the USA.

I never liked that "China" comments. They make extremally good products in China/Korea. Its good you buying products from US companies to support local companies but nothing wrong with buying Chinese made good products either. BTW .... Shady Rays sunglasses X series are made in Atlanta but guess where the rest of their glasses line comes from? That's right... China. So in closing...those glasses you are holding are MADE IN CHINA.

Tried to try this brand as an Oakley user. Returned it the very next day after receiving. Its alright considering the price. But that's not even a close match to the lens of higher priced brands like oakley...
