Very good Short Film👏 , makes the point very emphatically - quite scary to think, but I happen to know one elderly gentleman who used to be very active, is still physically healthy, but keeps forgetting - When talking to him, it is like you are trying to make a picture on the sands of a beach, and every 10 to 15 minutes a wave came along and washes it away and you had to draw the picture again!
