When you met Goa governor,you should have brought this washroom and rest area issue to his notice and tagged Nitin Gadkari ji .He will definitely look into this.Actually,a minute portion of the toll amount they are collecting is enough to maintain staff at such places.
As of now, Jelaja madam is famous and she will get an audience with Gadkari ji through suresh gopi ji or Kurien ji.Instead of complaining everyday,try to make an impact which in turn will help other drivers in the country.
Perhaps, decency and etiquette, do not allow complaint/memo at an invitational meeting by a high dignitary., (unless initiated by the dignitary himself)
