Setting Bobbin Tension - Butterfly Embroidery machine training video (Ajuste de la bobina)

This video shows how to set bobbin tension on an L sized bobbin. Watch out for the cardboard on your cardboard bobbin brands, some of them will rub the edges of your bobbin case and seriously mess with your tension adjustment and actual sew. Tear the cardboard out if you cannot get the bobbin case and bobbin brand to coexist, but ideally it would spin without ever brushing the side of the case.
Some techs like the bobbin a little tighter than shown on this video, so a little extra small turn is fine in that case.
If there is an extra removable spring inside of the bobbin case, remove it if you are using cardboard bobbins; it adds unpredictable tension with cardboard.

So I was yelling and acting like a huge jerk because of my tension problem.
This video solved my problem. I finally FINALLY have a good way of getting pretty accurate tension. Thank you sooo much.

1. Make sure top tension matches bottom.
2. Make sure top tension is smooth when you pull it, not ragged feeling. Same with bottom.
3. Leave a few inches hanging from bobbin when you replace.
4. Make sure your needle is not backwards. Make sure it is all the way in. Make sure it faces forward, not at an angle. Make sure it is sharp, not mushroomed or burred.
5. Make sure you can pull yards of top thread without hitching.
6. If another color works, then check needle depth and hook timing.

I have not been able to do the drop test as my bobbin falls right out of the bobbin case when i release it. Tried to tighten the larger screw and now it won't lower at all :-( What could be the problem ?

I have a sewing Machin , OMEGA 750 , the bobin is very full more than normal, it stocked in the machin, I opened and got all out , now the bobbin is stocked and comes not out of, do not know wat to do now
