Great video! Just a constructive suggestion: dremel out the joints of the spine pieces as one piece instead of making them separate segments that need to be glued together.
Nice. I want to make an armoured Green Ranger costume, and this might give me a good starting point

Can you do Arkham Knight Robin? If I remember correctly, Tim Drake's R symbol was stylized, but Jason Todd's was just a regular R. Other than that, they have the same costumes.

Hi Sean I would like to see you make a christian Bale dark knight batsuit
May I ask, could you use multi colored EVA foam? That's all I can find and I was wondering if it could be painted/spray painted for the desired effect of the gray color?

Where did you get the torso armature that you created the piece on(That in the first few moments you put saran wrap on it. I would like to get one of those. Can you let me know where you bought it from and how much it cost? Thank you.

I'm trying to make a batman costume for my boyfriend for Halloween and this tutorial is perfect! What type of material is that that you used under the foam?

+xieng prod ok thank you :)
Damn nice. I bet you're bf would be the happiest person alive.
Hey man amazing work, really incredible.
btw have you considered using a 3d printer? It'll make your work much easier and let you be more flexible about it .
3d printers would be nice but i want to be viewer friendly since most do not have access to a 3d printer including my self. Materials and tools i choose to work with is easily accessible to anyone wanting to follow my builds. Thanks for the kind words.

Where do you buy your Eva foam because I can't find any store that carries it near me
Walmart has them in the exercise section. Its actually interlocking floor matts and there's also a roll of it but its thinner.
+xieng prod hi i was just wondering do u build batsuits for people
can u please tell me where I can find batman's arkham knight or origin suit template? tyvm
Super cool! I saw you could buy this on Esty. Is that correct?
you are sooo good. i love this videos. :)
I am trying your design and cannot quite understand how you made that velcro strap around your waist.is it another fabric? Is it sewn on the front ab fabric? glued? Also you skip stright from the "Neck piece" to a full circle around the armor but with no explanation on the back or spine armor and how its all connected back there. Can you elaborate?
Im sorry i may have rushed thru that part.. mainly bc i forget to film myself as i do things.. but definitely a good question. I glued the shoulder blades to the spinal to fit my back. Then i glued the Neck pieces to the pecks and shoulders connecting the front and back together.. make sure that your head fits thu before committing to glueing the pieces together. As for the side pieces.. that's fabric glued to the spinal. I used more eva to support the fabric to the rest of the back. Velcro is then sewed to the front end which will connect to the abdominal piece.
Prefect, Thank you for your response. You did a amazing job on this. Cannot wait to see the next part, I subscribed to ensure I don't miss it
