@@mirzabaig1530 Hyderabad is becoming another banglore...which is a bad thing. High traffic, pot holes, water clogs, uncompleted flyovers, no traffic cops. It takes 1hr to travel 15km. Theres too much corruption in offices for approvals that's one the reason builders hiked price and reduced quality of work.

I have been following myhome Bhooja since its bhoomi puja..It started with Rs.5000 per sft and now it reached 9000 to10,000 per sft.. the min size of 3BHK flat is around 2400 sft..so the flat cost including registration and amenties is around 2.6 crores.. Let us consider 50 lakhs for interiors (including gadgets,sofas and beds ).. so at most the flat would be Rs.3 crores. not 7.5 crores unless it is more than 6000 sft.

So expensive but doesn't look like that. The Hinges used in kitchen cabinets are not soft close. Where we see this mechanism in 1 2 lakh worth kitchens. The look of house is due to its furniture but not creative work except few places. After spending so much creativity should be presented must which I didn't see in this house
