As someone who was a Developer for the game, (I worked on the Rengoku and Cid sneaks). I'll give my take from a neutral standpoint. 1. I have no issues with Cynx, he was pretty easygoing and chill with me. In terms of my opinions of String, I never interacted with him, however due to him spending most of the funds, I was never actually paid, so I never did the moveset for Cid or Rengoku because of that (I wasn't paid at all). In my personal opinion, I don't think String should be the owner of AO, Cynx, however, yes. 2. Miscommunication/Lack of it entirely, not entirely sure of the entire situation with the owners, but I do feel like there was a lack of communication between them all due to lack of payment for some of us Devs. 3. Regarding the bloom allegations, as someone who knows him, I'd support him. Although if you're in the wrong, you're in the wrong. In terms of some of the allegations against him, most of them are false regarding the grooming allegations, since he was catfished and was unaware at the time from my understanding, racism on the other hand is unacceptable, although not really surprising since I've seen multiple Developers have allegations and have been accussed of racism. Same with String, I can't say one or the other has done the lesser evil since 2 wrongs don't make a right. (In conclusion I think both sides are at fault, as there was lack of communication, transparency, and decorum on both sides. Although I do wish the best for Anime Odyssey on release, P.S. Cynx if you're seeing this and still want me to work there, we can work something out in my DM's).
@CONGARD If I'm going to be honest, the Owner should be someone with Developer Experience or Experience with developing Roblox Games in general. Both Cynx and String don't have any of those. Cynx is a good Co Owner as it is, but as I stated previously I don't think String should be the owner as I don't feel he has the maturity or skills needed to be one.

@CONGARD sorry but in my opinion it is doomed, the whole point of early access and the donations was to help support the funds of the game yet he spends the funds on himself and doesn't pay devs and claim he will play them after he gains "funds" when u casually has it. Not only that the game got leaked and the gameplay is horrible
