My father was a locomotive engineer with the L & N Railroad. He worked for the for nearly 29 years. I really enjoyed your video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me.
+Scrap wood City I always try to made something special for Christmas. The video ran a little longer that I like but I got it done. Thanks for watching. Enjoy the holidays.
+Mike Waldt Thanks for watching Mike. I meant to add a few words about UKIWS. I will try to do it in next video. The wife and I are talking about going. Cheers...maybe we will see you there.
I also thoroughly enjoyed this video. Adding the third set of wheels really gave it a train look. I think where and how you attached the light is problematic. It could come off and become a chocking hazard. I think it would have been better to drill and glue it into the front of the boiler. Kids can be tough on toys. Yours looks like it will last for years.
Enjoyed your video, Cip! I have a similar toy that was made for me many years ago for my kids. Also, enjoyed seeing you and your spouse at the Christmas party last night! It was a very enjoyable event! Merry Christmas to you!
Hi there, I am a train buff and thot you might like to know what you're doing. That 'thing' on top of the boiler is the sand dome. All locomotives need sand for their wheels for traction on the rails under adverse conditions. The 'curved' thing on the front of the boiler is the boiler door and the little knob is the number plate. Have fun. :-)
Howdy Allen! Thanks for the information. That is very interesting. I use to have a bunch of N-scale and a few HO engines and cars. I always liked train. I rode more trains in Europe than here in the USA. Cheers.
+Trff Bbbb Hey there Trff. If you would like a PDF of the toy train, send me an email to cipmendez19@gmail.com. I will reply with the PDF attached. Bye...

This is good but because I cannot make them at home, can I get something like wooden tankers, trailer, and rescue ladder? The model should be uniquely assembled and the toys must look elegant.
Thank you, I am fairly new to woodturning and so I have learned a lot from you. I really would appreciate a plan of your toy train if that is possible. Tom
