There’s not enough U supply. Deficits will continue to grow short/med term, even with the upcoming producers. Supply deficits are projected to last many years. World needs several Arrows or Cigar Lakes to be found & developed. Prices (physical & miners) are likely going in one direction 📈. IMHO, biggest no brainer investment around. Cheers
Main reason I struggle to get excited about the space is how long it takes for these things to come online and generate revenue (SMRs are a little different but unproven and therefore riskier by nature)
Agreed. It's probably just too early to start a position in any of these SMR companies. Earliest timeline I've seen was possibly 2028. That is a long time for a more capital-intensive business to go with little or no revenues.
@@green_investing I always find your posts/videos useful. The only thing I don't like about them sometimes is that I feel like a real idiot after (like why didn't I think of that). You have been really, really helpful in explaining why not to invest in capital intensive companies. I know you are part of ABAXX also, so a big congrats on that one.
I get the concern for the incredibly long building process for these power plants, but what about the miniature nuclear reactors? Based off the info I've studied, they seem to be a healthy medium of clean power for the reduced amount of infrastructure and maintain.
The only company building those, NNE, plans to build their first one by… 2030 or something like that. Incredibly long wait, assuming they even manage to do it.
I believe Hitachi is also a significant company in the nuclear reactor technologies sphere. I don’t know much about it though, trying to learn. Oh, and General Electric
@@staticsock If you want diversified exposure among nuclear utilities and miners then that would be the play. It’s all up to your goals and risk tolerance.
@staticsock Utilities aren’t exactly known for their growth. I’ve struggled with this myself. I haven’t really found any appealing ways to invest in the nuclear energy trend yet.
Hi, im subscriber for quite a while now and started invest in uranium mid last year. im up quite a lot :D. However, do you mind share your excel sheets as a google sheets readonly?

Another great video. Thanks for your time and effort.
Glad you found it useful.

Haha, happy to help out where I can. Abaxx has been one hell of a stock as well, 2024 should be a big year. Congrats.
Some constructive feedback: The background moves a bit too fast and can be distracting. Especially when watched at higher speeds.
Good to know, thank you.

@@green_investing Oof then that certainly changes things a bit. I appreciate the response, and hope to see more interesting videos soon.
Nuscale (smr) makes small modular reactors and is the first company to be approved by the government

What about van eck NLR?

Good for growth? I'm looking to get on the nuclear Renaissance and want a growth fund instead of a dividend.

Nano Nuclear Energy ticker : NNE
What do u think about NNE
Not a fan, same as the other companies. Incredibly likely they never even manage to commercialize a product.

My excel sheets for what? There weren't any excel sheets to share
Dude, very creepy comment. I suggest you get some sleep.

You can see in the video that is from John Quakes on Twitter. He made that list of companies.
