Impressive, well done. I'm from the UK. It great to see professionals arrive kitted up, hitting the fire within 2 to 3 minutes. I watch some US videos and in about 90% of them, the crew arrives, they pile out and start getting dressed! It takes them 15 to 20 minutes to get water on. If I comment on it everyone goes crazy, their expectations are very low.
That is because American culture thinks it is better at everything, stick to their image and leather helmets, does not dare to change and prefers old style instead of the well-considered, efficient Dutch approach to extinguishing fires. A tactic that remains under scrutiny time and time again and altered when deemed necessary based on experience from the field.
Yeah it was just 39 seconds here between them jumping out the door and turning on their hose. Minimum drama. Whereas by the time the guys across the pond have finished faffing around with hoses, masks and hydrants the fire has often tripled in size - but in terms of chrome bumpers, loud horns and flashing lights they can't be beat. 😄
I am from the States and I have always thought the same thing! They are so incredibly slow that I think they forget what their job is. They lack expertise and professionalism. Glad to know I'm not the only one who sees this.
Eccellente approccio!
@@elonhempenius5333 Lunteren fire brigade was shut down on youtube because their safety officer told them to... really stupid and lame as the channel was growing but it seems only the Lunteren channel was shut down and not any other dutch one.

@@jix177 They can be beat, most other countries are just too sensible to do it.
@@jix177 must admit tho... A US fire engine looks amazing, and those
V8 driven sirens sounds cool AF

Goet werk 👍👍👍👍👍
