great vlog! I used to take jet airways very often to go from canada to india and back. we had about 4 hours layover time in BRU. Not enough to get out but I used to think when I am older I will book a day or two layover- unfortunately, the airlines is no more! BRU back on the wish list, seems like a cool place to check out. Robbie looks like an awesome guy. Cant beat a friendly local to show you the city. Good vibes!
Definitely a great place to check out! And Robbie is a great guy - quirky as heck, so he balances out my more serious-but-friendly personality quite nicely.
Definitely - just make sure you don't venture too far from Central Station, in case you run short of time. I'd suggest hitting up the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, the Galleries St. Hubert, Neuhaus Chocolates, and Fritland, then head back to the airport. That'll give you at least 2-3 hours in the city center, and you'll see plenty.
I'm subscribed to Robbie Travels, so I noticed this video. He's a great lad, isn't he? Since his journey in Bulgaria, I have been following him. Dave, this is a fantastic video. Very informative. Superb work. 👍
Great video, Dave.😁👏 But wow, it keeps being so weird watching yourself in a video that isn't yours.😂
Thanks, buddy! It was great to explore Brussels with you 🇧🇪

@JaKi052 Thank you for watching.😉 It was fun to meet up with Dave and show him some places in Brussels.😀
Helpful video! Did you happen to use the luggage storage at the airport?
No, I had my bags checked for my connecting flight so I just had my daypack with me. It was pretty convenient!
very thorough in your review! this was fun - I was just in belgium not too long ago and it was super beautiful!
It’s a great city! Definitely not cheap, but very worthwhile! Thanks for the kind words 😊
Do you think i could explore the central area with a 5 hour lay over?

I recognise this bald guy that you met from somewhere, but I'm not sure where
He’s a Belgian travel vlogger - maybe you saw one of his videos? 🤔 Nice guy!
@DrifterDave yeah, I've definitely seen this guy somewhere
