He was the kissing bandit. Never turned anyone down. Saw him twice in concert and usually he kissed the girls at the edge of the stage when he sang Love Me Tender. Unfortunately I was with my husband, darn. But he loved his fans, he gave them cars, homes, jewelry, and pets. No one like him and there will never be.

There are many hard to get ok 'bootleg' I think is the word CD's of Elvis concerts the year after this was recorded (so 1974) and 2 years after that, (1976) which feature more bluesy and raunchy 'live' versions of this song. These are my favourites but 'this' version from the Aloha concert is also pretty good, and your reactions are fantastic to this number ... Thank you very much and Please continue with the super 'natural and honest' reactions to Elvis later work. God bless you.😀♥

This concert was definitely more serious in tone than other concerts of his. Less interaction with members of his band and singers - they were much further away than on the other stages. Elvis was extremely nervous here as it was first satellite live broadcast going out worldwide. Also physically, after 1972 he did not move quite so much on stage.
