after you wiped, wouldnt the tacky layer from the black come off causing the chrome not to stick ?
i heard top coating “metal, gold, copper” like charms will prevent the paint from coming off your charms , hope this helps ♥️
Yea it does take the tacky layer off the black but I saw a tik tok of a girl doing it that way so I thought I’d try it out, it worked and still stuck to the black.
