The interview with player whom I didn’t recognize and missed his introduction. Was the best ever, especially with this upcoming season. I grew up in TO since I was 23, left in 2004 due to invasion of my Six Nations community then to New Mexico ever since. AKa Uncle Brownie, Rez Dogs. Been a listener since you two where in a booth of a restaurant in east end few blocks from Yonge St 😂❤You’re the best ever for. Shout out to “Six Nations Reserve” anytime you can.

5 minutes in and I’m getting a knowledgeable perspective I knew nothing of or considered. Changes my view on Scottie’s development. Great show.

Only halfway through but I really hope you have him back. So much really insightful analysis while also discussing things in very simple and human terms, often bringing things back to expectation. Great guest.

embrace the rebuild, in 2 weeks when masai pulls the plug on the season with raptors 1 win 15 losses, we can look forward to development and the draft. trading jakob is key. they were 3 wins 29 losses last year without him. then it will be a proper rebuild. fate had it in for the raptors with brutal 1st half schedule and injuries. just embrace the rebuild.

Stop comparing mobo to previous. Mobi has basketball IQ and playmaking skills…

If Masai and Bobby had committed to a rebuild around the time we got Barnes, Wembanyama might be a Raptor right now. All the time wasted is hurting us and now we have a team full of young players, none of whom are going to become superstars. If we aren’t bad enough to land a top pick or two that we hit on in the next two drafts we’re in trouble.

In terms of level of player, Scottie might be similar to a Damontas Sabonis, who isn’t a number 1 player. Which means he isn’t the level of player you build around and we’ll have to find that guy, and even find a second. And he probably isn’t a max contract player. All of this falls on Masai and Bobby (they stated several times they’re building around Scottie and signed him to the contract) whose decisions the last few years are very questionable.

so if a players isnt a 1st option superstar hes useless ? most his peers are on max contracts thats the market.
