Today’s guest: Daveed Diggs 🎬 You may know him as the Black Thomas Jefferson. I know him as a master storyteller and the funnest actor you may ever meet! It was so interesting to hear Daveed’s experience as a biracial kid growing up and finding his own version of blackness in the stories he heard and the ones he eventually began to share.

Daveed was actually the one who got me into rap because I was raised in a family that didn’t listen to rap that often so I didn’t really know anything about it but when I heard him in Hamilton I said “This guys good,I wonder if he makes music on his own” and that’s when I discovered clppng and now I listen to rap daily so I really appreciate what he does and I love his music
