I have driven my vt v8 Commoredore with my maf sensor unplugged for the last three years and my car drives awesome plenty of power I had just covered my check light with tape problem solved😝👍😆
I heard you can install a chip in your ECM that will ignore the MAF...is this true? I have an 1988 chevy Camaro 5.7 and am tired of changing the MAF every 5 years (
When I unplug my mass air flow sensor there is no change to how my truck runs when I plug it back in it dies I keep getting a p0147 lean bank two already changed all plugs and coils new O2 sensor on bank two upstream cleaned mass air flow sensor truck is a 2004 f150 5.4 3 valve
20 seconds in and I alredy regret clicking on this video… fuel injectors, fuel injectors. I mean how does every carpart search end up on a video read by AI, and why… Have a nice day, mate
So..2009 mini cooper n12 engine..I wanna change the air cleaner setup. I have a MAF sensor and was told I can ONLY use a "Typhoon" air cleaner system (only aftermarket one available specifically for my car), I cannot use an 'aftermarket' cheaper version because of the sensor. So I can't do anything else like bypassing the MAF forever?
The MAF Bypass part of this video is absolute nonsense. You cannot just unplug the MAF, while the car battery is disconnected, the reconnect the battery - you'll get a check engine light within 10 miles. The car's ECU *knows* the NAF is unplugged!!! It can be bypassed properly, but this low quality robot-voice video has no idea how to do it properly.
Tell me more about those 'worst engine conditions' that a bad MAFS can cause.

The RED wire is NOT THE negative wire in the USA.
