Would be nice to see a steerable nose wheel option.
If you want a Good bond from the CA, the first step is to Harden both surfaces. spread the CA on both surfaces to be bonded and then spray both with accelerator. sand smooth both surfaces and clean off the dust. NOW apply CA to one surface and join the parts. Hardening the surfaces gives the CA a better mechanical grip and will help increase its shock resistance. CA has very little resistance to shock and can FAIL without damaging the wood surface. I routinely snap ca glued wood surfaces apart.
I could barely bend the metal with a pair of vice grips, let alone my hand and a pair of needle nose pliers. Am I doing something wrong?
The wheel collets that came with the landing gear kit are too small for the 3 mm wire😢
No steerable nose-wheel? Come on guys are you kidding me?
