Oil change and preventive maintenance/ hydraulic lift gate on an International

Parts can be harder to get so shop online, I managed to get the oil filter for $29 online but would of cost $100 at auto part store.

In the winter I like to do it frequently about every 10k, but in summer every 20-25k you can push it a litter more but use synthetic oil.
