Moon pie is one of my favorite obviously, from Chattanooga, I loved that bike adventure like was with y'all guys thank You to bring me that opportunity I'm now far away but, my heart is there !!! I 'ii wanna come back to Chattanooga, T.N. SOON !!! My Happy Place !!! A BIG HUG from Puerto Rico guys !!!
Omg Kramer 😂 keep trying buddy! You’ll get that ball! Loved the video 👍Reminds us of when we were in Chattanooga 😊 we loved the walnut bridge and we also went to the locals only store!! They loved Finnley😊 Maybe you can put the Sasquatch on the side of the van Chris 🤪
I live in Chattanooga and have my whole life and let me just say this video shows me that there is a lot I have not discovered yet. I guess I need to go down all those roads I get curious about never know my find something amazing.
Was on the Riverwalk Saturday! Lots of people out and that was good to see! Raised my boys in Chattanooga. Now I am in Crossville, TN, enjoying the hiking and empty nest life👏🏼
Bikes & BBQ - excellent! Well, looks excellent anyway. I’ve got ribs going, hopefully ready later on today! And of course Kramer... how could he not freak out when you’re back! 😀
I’m an AZ girl born and raised, then spent 3 years in Utah where I met my husband and we moved to Chattanooga together 3 years ago! I love that you guys ended up here and that your having so much fun. I haven’t heard of Goldman’s, I’m going ASAP!
Last 30 seconds of this video was hilarious-the looks on Chris’ face! First, when he was waiting for Sara to stop gabbing so he could talk; 2nd, after he tasted that Moon Pie. 🤣 🤣
What a fun video! I loved seeing the city via your bike ride. I used to live in Memphis but if I ever came back to Tennessee to live, it would be Eastern Tennessee. I liked Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg as a tourist. All of Tennessee is very pretty to me, but I didn't care for Nashville. Oh ... I live in Portland. For now.
This is actually so fun to see our beautiful city and our favorite places featured so well. If I see you out, I’ll 100% say hi- don’t be alarmed. Welcome to Chattanooga! ❤️
No way!! Small world. ☺️ it was a beautiful day for riding! Definitely looking forward to it being open again so we can just ride all the at to the dam.
Hello Great video! Is there a big music scene there? Like a lot of local clubs in and around the area?.....especially blues and jazz? I just started looking at this town and its looking pretty good. Thanks
We know they have a couple different music festivals and lots of concerts to attend but we haven't really dived into the club scene yet so we're not exactly sure what that looks like in Chattanooga!
I live in Chattanooga and have all my life! When I was younger, Downtown Chattanooga was nothing but a war zone and crime ridden. You didn’t go there “after dark”! Isn’t it amazing now? I live on the outskirts of downtown but my dream is to move to a condo and live the life you guys are! You make me happy with your outlook and I enjoy watching. Maybe I will pass you on the bike trails or downtown for a beer! I’m buying💕
North Chattanooga, on the Frazier Avenue side are beautiful places to live. I’ve lived here all my life! And also Missionary Ridge or Signal Mountain are also good places To live. All minutes from downtown!
i’ve lived here my whole life, it’s weird to say but ik exactly where you house is😭 don’t worry i’m not gonna come ahah! the best part abt chattanooga is your so close to everything, ringgold, fort o, Alabama etc!
I remember, 55 years ago, my mom buying boxes of Moon Pies at the supermarket in New Jersey. Don’t know if it was made by the same company, but I will say I haven’t seen them since my early 20’s. That could be because I moved to the west coast. And that sleepy feeling after eating and drinking in the middle of the day is called a “post-prandial dip”.
I live in Stevenson, Al about 35 miles from Chattanooga, I went to Chattanooga State just a few years ago and was a member of Carpenter Hall 74 there. Up till March I volunteered for the Aquarium....glad ya are liking the area....no ConNooga this year but next February ya come visit us at the Convention Center
It's pretty cool that you can ride your bikes to local restaurants and stores, good location.. and you're right about Kramer his heart is all in trying to catch that ball, I was rooting for him! 🐾✌️💕
I don’t think they rode their bikes from home to downtown. I live here and it doesn’t look like they biked from home to where they were. They probably had to drive their bikes to river walk which is about a 20 min car ride from where they live.
I’ve lived here my whole life. You have to try Two Ten Jack. It’s a hidden restaurant in downtown next to Warehouse Row. Best homemade ramen and cocktails ever! Check out Warehouse Row while you’re there! Gorgeous building!
Omg I have a golden doodle we take ours on hikes to the falls in ocoee in Cleveland it’s like 20 minutes from Chattanooga and there is a grate dog park in collegedale like 10 away from downtown Chattanooga and I recommend trying Beas in Chattanooga it has the best food and old style turn tables
okay y’all i love your channel. i live in chattanooga and it is pretty uncommon to see bloggers around here. love that y’all are breaking the mold!! love you!
Hey guys I really enjoyed your video. I am from Chattanooga and I actually pick up from Chattanooga Bakery that makes the moon pie. They are really good if you get them fresh. My favorite is the mint chocolate ones right now. Ok guys enjoy Chattanooga there's a lot to see here. Great content
I grew up in Maryland, we had moon pies here as well. The one you bought is half the size the ones we had. As for likeability. If you're in a pinch for something sweet its okay.
If you haven't gone, two ten jacks downtown in warehouse row is a great! Ramen, sushi. Its great for colder days (the rare we have). Welcome to chattanooga!
Hello, I'm from ND and want take a week off and ride in Chattanooga this summer. From my research online the best road courses are Moccasion Loop, Suck Creek, Flintstone and Chickamauga Battlefield. Can you suggest which one would be most ideal for a visitor not familiar with the area? If possible please provide a physical location so I can find a hotel nearby for my stay. Thanks.
Hi Eddie! That's a great question. The safest of the options for an out of towner would be the Chickamauga Battlefield since the speed limit is low and most people know to watch for cyclists. However, if you want a good workout, Suck Creek will be a good leg burner and a pretty climb to the top. Just be careful on those old mountain roads since they're pretty narrow. Flinstone is nice, too, but I'd definitely not recommend riding those roads during rush hours (3-6pm) during the week since the commuters are the ones who drive pretty fast out there. As far as hotels go, anywhere downtown Chattanooga should be good! All of those rides are within 20ish minutes of town. Have a safe trip and have fun! :)
@@chrisandsara Thank you so much for the thoughtful response. Like they say, some trails are happy ones, others are blue. But if you're in Chattanooga, here's happy trails to you!
I would love to try your local coffee! I live in Seattle and I’m always interested to try new coffee that is anything but Starbucks lol I work in golf and this year has been busier than ever since golf course are one of the few things still open in Washington, a good coffee would go a long way around here, thanks for keeping us entertained during strange times
Hello! Do you think you can do a video on the safety of Chattanooga? Every site I pull up says it's like the most dangerous city and has the most crime in TN. Neighborhood Scout have it a 1 which is the worst. Seems odd though since I have been there long time ago for school and it never seemed unsafe. But if you could please address this it would be great. Thanks for videos.
That’s such an adorable dog! Check all the local thrift stores for things for your new house. You’ll find some incredible things there. So much better and less expensive than new stuff.
I just saw some furniture in the store they went to that they had painted a silver... now I’m dying to go to a thrift store so I can paint something. Rustoleum 2x is fabulous.

Go to Champy's for chicken, then across the street to Hutton and Smith for a beer! Also, microwave the moon pie for about 15 seconds. It'll change your world.
