They can't because spotify pay them to only upload on Spotify its a break of contract otherwise and they would have their contract terminated and that would possibly end happy hour

i don’t know why it’s only just settled in my mind that this stuff happens in the uk. though it’s probably because i live in a small town where the worst thing that happened was 1 murder. even when i’ve walked about in london it’s never really occurred to me that some people are extremely dangerous which is quite bad considering i’m a 19 y/o very petite girl who knows no self defence 😭
