Hey Terry, to get on your bracelet with no help use a bobby pin (tule twa black twa kuholdia nywele in position) hook one side to the pin (the part that has holes to fit the hand...I hope I'm making sense) then the other part the hook, hook wherever it fits. Easy peasy. I hope this helps
