I actually own a Bissell Powerforce Compact Turbo, and it works well enough for me, because I don't have to clean a lot of floors with it. The filter works fine, but it can spew dust if the canister gets too full. I did vacuum something hard and it blocked the hose, but luckily, I got it out without damaging the hose. Maybe if I get more money, I can buy a different vacuum.
The only difference between the turbo model and the regular model is the turbo model comes with a turbo paw for furniture , nothing else is different but Bissell adds an extra $10 to$20 for the turbo model which is stupid
This is exactly how I felt when my husband brought this home from Walmart when he specifically asked which one to get and not get. I told him do not get that fucking vacuum and get the other one he showed me. He regrets it. Even in therapy he tells them he's still hearing me bitch a year later about this Trash vacuum! Filters suck and you have to replace them a lot. Just straight grash filters especially if you have bad allergies like I do and no medications work. Even with using a hepa/charcoal air purifier this vacuum sucks balls. The belt finally broke and I want to throw this away so bad. Got a new belt yesterday. I'm not putting any more money into this POS after this.
Thankfully, you are not alone. I hate every plastic made vacuums because of their Made in China quality that will not last. You want the best vacuums, go for Kirby, Miele, Sanitaire, Riccar. Built better, made to last, filtration is top notch. You will not be disappointed!
