- Delhi Police is likely to take Bibhav Kumar, Arvind Kejriwal's aide, who has been arrested in connection with the alleged assault of Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, to the Delhi Chief Minister's residence on Sunday, to recreate the crime scene. It is alleged that Maliwal was assaulted by Kumar in the drawing room on May 13. According to sources, the police are also expected to take Kumar, who is on a five-day remand, to Mumbai, where he is said to have formatted his phone. Meanwhile, Kejriwal and other AAP leaders marched to the BJP office in a mega show of protest against the Chief Minister's arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the liquor policy case. Delhi police should have confiscated the CCD drive and Bihbav's phone as soon as the incident had been reported. There is a precedence that the Delhi CM has formatted cell phones. Immature Delhi police or they are equally corrupt

Would he have allowed that footage to remain there and give it on a platter to the Police? Probably, they pacified Swati Maliwal initially so that she does not go to the Police and they get enough time to play with the possible evidence. Even Bhaibhav Kumar Mobile os formatted!!! I am using the 4th mobile and never had the need to format the same.
The incident has definitely happened and the evidence has been deatroyed or tampered with so that there the Police has problem with proving it.
Sad for us people of Delhi who have elected the AAP and Shri Kejriwal!!!

Aravind Kagriwal is well educated, with sacred objectives started 'aap'. This party came to power in Delhi. He continues to be Supreme.
Duryodhana was also well educated. He studied sastras(go through Sabhaparva).
Kagriwal was witnessing or enjoying the physical assault of Swathi by his PA Vibhav on 13th even when she was screaming that she was on periods, so not to kick on stomach. He can not argue that it happened in his house without his knowledge.
