- Here is the penultimate episode of Soft Sounds. In April 2019 on our 3rd US tour, we found ourselves in Texas for the very first time. We were about 2 weeks into the tour and had just driven from Chicago to St, Louis to Dallas back to back (with a show every night) so energy levels were pretty low. But the sun was shining and we were in Dallas so we got in the van and drove around looking for somewhere to shoot this session.
Somehow we stumbled across a beautiful little park on the outskirts of the city, it appeared to be totally empty which in retrospect is quite surreal...maybe it was closed to the public and we weren't supposed to be there? Who knows! But we were surrounded by turtles and had little else on our minds!
We shot this session, got back in the van, ate some incredible seafood and played our first ever show in Texas which totally went off! We cant wait to be back, yeehaww!

The breakdown at the end of the original is one of my favourite parts of any of your songs, so I thought I'd be disappointed when you slowed it down, but it turns out it gave me goosebumps all the same. Great rendition.
