- I did a fatal error during the making of this video. When you configure the wrp server in amifox icon, remove the () around WRPSERVER=something. If you don't do that you will still be using the official one.
In this video I show you how to setup the docker container in linux and amiga installation of Amifox and Amitube so that you can enjoy youtube on your Amiga.

Your AmiFox didnt use your own server, because you need to remove the brackets "()" around the WRPSERVER= Tooltype. you can check which server is used via about menu. Also this message one the start screen about "login" only shown when the public server is used.
I added it to the description. Thanx a lot for reaching out and telling me.
Great monitor stand you got there. Have you built it yourself?
Thanx. Yes I have actually. I did not make the stone plate though. That is bought! I just made the feet and made some connectors for them.
I had an amiga back in the day. I deleted the cursor to blank pixels in the customization options then couldn't use workbench again lulz.
That sounds very frustraiting. :O
I love the Amiga. But thats a lot of work just to watch UA-cam. For a Noob like me... Hope on day they will make this process a lot easier..
Hehe. Well true. But the getting it to work is what I enjoy about it. I love tinkering. Thanx for watching and leaving a comment.
You can always use AmiTube with the official backend, there is no need to set up your own server.
@@_mcdope Is that complicated to do...
@@paulciurej ???
@@_mcdope A noob..
HI, You got some nice speakers there. Whats the brand ?
Thanx. They works very well. They are made by fluid audio.
How do you SSH from Amiga to anything?
Amtelnet supports SSH. But you need to have some older ciphers enabled. I usually just use telnet to another computer in my same house running linux and then ssh from that to anything outside my home.
