Compliance testing is done following a risk based approach. You will then need to determine the appropriate testing methodology for the controls that you are testing. The result of the testing will definitely needed to reported to relevant stakeholders so that they can remediate identified issues. If you would like to learn more about Compliance Testing execution sign up for the next Compliance Practices Workshop taking place on 27 July 2022. All information about registration is on our website.
Thank you! I run a workshop where I teach the practicals. It's hard to do justice to some of the subject matter in short form videos. But with that being said.... I have a demonstration video I am going to record soon.
Hello. I love your channel. Any thoughts on the topic of identifying the root cause when testing results identify a regulatory breach in controls/processes?
Thank you Tammy, I'm glad you love it. When you do a test it is important to do both trend and root cause analysis when looking at the data that has been collected. This forms the meat of the reporting e.g. "in the period tested complaints about customer service increased by 15%. Top 2 causes being technology down time and unresponsiveness to queries within specified timelines." This allows the business to get insights from your testing and take remedial actions. Different from "20 complaints reported in January followed by 35 complaints in February." I go into a lot more detail in my virtual Compliance Workshop.
Very informative 🙂👏🏽 thank you for this!
You're very welcome
Explaining is ok. Showing how it is done is even better. Thanks
For that you should join the Compliance Bootcamp in June.....lots of showing! 😁
Do you have a sample of compliance testing plan framework?
Unfortunately not.
There she is!!!!
Nice work!
Thank you for enjoying the videos.

Hi, I love your videos. Have you ever thought of adding practicals to some of these videos instead of just saying it?

Hey there, is a compliance framework the same as a compliance policy?
Very interesting
Thank you!
