My favorite way to stay active is a toss up between taking my dog on three walks a day, it’s good for both of us and allows me to get out in the sun, and strength training. I also have found a new hobby of running lately, it’s so nice especially after a long hospital shift, it’s like I am running out all the emotions I just experienced.

One of my favorite ways to stay active is through resistance training, but I’ve recently switched things up and have been training for my first half marathon. I’ve found running to be enjoyable now that I have a goal in mind and it’s been exciting to complete new distance PRs for myself as I never considered myself a distance runner. One thing I am more interested in now is knowing and understanding my pace and zone level, which a garmin would help me do!

Obviously, one of my favorite ways to stay active is the the line you have drilled into my brain😂 I ALWAYS make sure I get a walk finished outside (unless it’s snowing or raining). My other main way to get moving is through weight training! I love the combination of these two as it has helped me lose 55lbs so far! Definitely think it would be beneficial to use the garmin to track a lot about what was mentioned in the video, but it would also be AWESOME for clinicals!!

Great comparison video. I've had an Apple Watch for several years and recently began considering a change for the very reasons you mentioned. For instance, with battery life, some days I can take it off the charger at 100% and it'll instantly drop to 99%-after being on the charger overnight. Other days, it'll go for almost two hours before it starts draining. Yesterday it drained 36% in three hours and the only thing I did was sit at my desk at work. As for it capturing my heart rate when exercising, I've always received the dashes as well; and I was just telling my wife about how I'm not much of a fan of the square face.

My favorite way to stay active really varies!! We go to the gym every morning at 4 am, but now we have a puppy! So in addition to the morning gym time, we make sure to get in a good puppy walk. I’ve also gotten really into running. I’m running a 5K on Sunday and then a 15K in July! Try to stay moving and maintain mobility.

I've been training for 5 years, but since last year I understood that the best way to be active is to do the exercise that best suits you and that you enjoy the most! A couple years ago I started CrossFit and running and I fell in love with moving my body. Today I have a 2 month old and I’ve been doing grateful for my body for what it did and for me being able to stay active through my whole experience. Now I’m able to take her on walks and runs in hopes to give her inspiration when she gets older to stay active.

My favorite way to stay active is going for a 2 mile run every Sunday with my bf, hiking, walking, biking, and training for 5ks that I sign up to do. It would really be great having a Garmin to be able to train with it. My birthday is in June so my goal is to use my garmin to run a half marathon.

My favorite way to stay active really varies!! We go to the gym every morning at 4 am, but now we have a puppy! So in addition to the morning gym time, we make sure to get in a good puppy walk. I’ve also gotten really into running. I’m running a 5K on Sunday and then a 15K in July! Try to stay moving and maintain mobility.

Working in a hospital can feel very daunting at times, so I made a commitment to myself to walk on my lunch breaks to get some vitamin D and increase my step count. After work, I love running with friends and a local running club. A garmin would be a great way to keep my active at work and in my free time!

My favorite way to stay active is running and strength training. I’ve been a dancer for 20 years and was looking for something to challenge me like dance did. A couple years ago I started CrossFit and running and I fell in love with moving my body. Today I have a 2 month old and I’ve been doing grateful for my body for what it did and for me being able to stay active through my whole experience. Now I’m able to take her on walks and runs in hopes to give her inspiration when she gets older to stay active.
