Reminds me when I was in Scala (on the amalfi) coast) watching my aunties and cousins cooking. I was 16 at the time now 82. In those days they couldn’t afford shoes but always served up the best food in the world from all their home grown ingredients. I am mesmerized by Gina, could watch her all day. I would say also Jennifer Paterson and Clarissa Dickson-Wright from Britain's classic TWO FAT LADIES. They were (both hv gone on) like two irascible & wonderful aunts!

Thank you for always bringing the light of your soul to our lives, especially during these darker days of worldwide disease. Take good care of yourself....stay safe and healthy.
😍 Thank you ! God Bless. I love that you added Ginas story in the description. I was reading the comments one day on one of her videos and the people were really being rude to her daughter for not jumping in and helping her, I thought to myself well I don’t like anyone trying to help me cook because they wouldn’t do it the same way that I would and would just frustrate me lol I’m glad I’m not the only one. Love and God Bless you all. It shows how much you all love her and she you.
You are such a joy! I made the zeppole exactly like you and it came out great!!! Thank you for teaching us our traditions and keeping them alive. That means so much to all of us! My grandparents had passes away and I cook right along side of you! Thank you for being my Nonna today! Many blessings to you and your family!!
Those look Delicious! I made those the first time when I was 15 years old at 3am in the morning . I had a sweet tooth!.... I opened up a cook book and looked for a recipe that I knew I had all the ingredients for. My parents were shocked when they woke up in the morning to see what I had made while they were sleeping. Another name for these is cream puffs. Thanks Gina! You are amazing!
Italian Grandma I love your cooking! My grandma was also Italian, we are in South Africa. She used to make potato gnocch with bolognaise sauce, If you can make this one day for us it would be just awesome. God bless you.
i love nonna gina! im binge watching all her videos, she makes everything look so easy :} so important to keep these traditions alive. thank you for sharing this lovely woman with the world
I so love watching you cook and ALL the best chefs use their hands in the food!!!! I hope your relatives still in Italy are safe from the virus. Keep yourself safe! We love Nonna Gina!!
Those are beautiful cream puffs! I would have never attempted to make these thinking it would be too difficult, but Gina explains it so well that I will be making these. Thank you very much for your time and talent. I watch all your videos.😋
I love Gina. Reminds me of my grandmother. I very much agree with another comment. This generation of cooking is gone. I miss my grandparents. I try to cook as much as i can too share with others but this is amazing. Keep singing Gina, your beautiful inside and out. I’m definitely going to make these. Have a great day! ❤️
Grandma Gina reminds me of my husbands nanny Lucy. She was a great women from Florence Italy who more or less raised my husband. When I married John, Lucy came from New York to West Virginia to lived with us for two weeks to teach me out to cook like her. her words to me was “You don’t feed My Johnnie from a can” and she meant it. I love to watch Grandma Gina cook. Brings back very happy memories for me and my husband. Thank you.
Looks delicious!!! God bless you for teaching us all of your recipes that have been handed down generations!! Love your smile when telling us your stories and love when you sing to us! ❤
This recipe looks delicious! It is amazing to me that she remembers all of these wonderful recipes. Of course, she has been making wonderful dishes for her entire life. No doubt, she has generously fed many people and with this channel, she is feeding many more on a heart level. Many thanks and blessings to sweet Gina ❤️
I love you nana Gina. I love the simplicity on how you show us how to cook. Your family and your fans are blessed to have you. I love great food that has such great flavor. Without flavor we have nothing. I’m making this for Easter and sharing it with my neighbors. Thank you I love what you do for us. Blessings.
awh... Grandma Gina these look so delicious, I think I can smell them baking.. thank you for another great recipe & tradition.. I love seeing you & always look forward to a new video but have to admit I have watched some of your older videos a second time just to see you smile & hear you sing.. thank you thank you, you dear Lady are just what this world needs.. God Bless you!!!
From canned tomato sauce..to pastries I'm a hooked💉 fan😍momma Gina Thanks for adding the towel so the bowl dosen't slide. Gma is very traditional and sings as she's cooks...so much love in every step. Teaching us to slow down and enjoy the art of cooking.
Thank you Nonna Gina for your videos. They make me feel like my loved ones are still with me. And your recipes are exact , to what my family would make. We love watching you.
Recently found your channel and love it. Learned years ago that most important ingredient in cooking is technique. My taste isn't so good anymore but I still like to watch. My favorite foods are Italian and Chinese so keep cooking.
This woman is incredible, everything she makes comes out perfect! She’s so darn cute! It’s Lent and my mouth is watering, I’ll have to wait for Easter to make them! I’m giving you a big hug and kiss through the screen Gina 😘!! Have a blessed Saint Joseph Day! God bless.
Oh my goodness, I love you! You remind me so much of my beautiful grandmother, who like you, spent many hours in her kitchen cooking for the family. Of course everything from scratch. Thank you so much for the cooking lessons, and thank you so much for bringing back such wonderful childhood memories I had with my grandmother. ♥️

Well I'm half perfect Italian from my mother's side. But my whole heart is praying for my relatives country. I pray that God protects you and the virus dies down. Viva Italia...
God bless you too dearest! I could listen to you all day! Making these to surprise my sweet Italian husband tonight!
We are having an Italian Easter this year in honor of my husband’s heritage and your recipes are much appreciated. Thank you so much for sharing. You are a joy to watch.
You are such an amazing, sweet lady. I love watching your show. I love your accent. Stay safe
I love watching people like you and Claire from Great Depression Cooking. Real down to earth sweethearts making dishes that aren't overly complicated or require anything more than the basics. Best cooking channels on UA-cam.
I would say also Jennifer Paterson and Clarissa Dickson-Wright from Britain's classic TWO FAT LADIES. They were (both hv gone on) like two irascible & wonderful aunts!
I love Clara's channel too, subscribed years ago, have forgotten how many. "Grandma Gina" is very fun to watch.

What a pleasant surprise to find a video from you today!!! What a joy!!! Those zeppole were so beautiful and no doubt, delicious as well.
🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🏻
You are such a joy! I made the zeppole exactly like you and it came out great!!! Thank you for teaching us our traditions and keeping them alive. That means so much to all of us! So beautiful, I love it! I will make it. Thanks Gina for your beautiful recipe. I love you.💕❤️😘
Those look Delicious!
Not cream puff's, no ganache on top! Yes it is, Choux Pastry, orange zest

Thank you.
That's absolutely precious!
Looks delicious!!! God bless you for teaching us all of your recipes that have been handed down generations!! Love your smile when telling us your stories and love when you sing to us! ❤
