thanks for this! ive wanted realistic damage models in a nascar game for years (which is why i havent bought one in awhile)

We need a cup driver to test this mod and confirm the legitimacy of it. Because they look like they handle just like the real car. I witnessed draft blocking on corners, snap oversteer, getting stuck in the grass… the crash crumple zones are exactly correct. ITS PERFECT!! Well done to the mod creator!

I was trying my best to race with this but its just so unbelievably sensitive on keyboard, but it apparently wasnt great on controller either so i dont feel that bad lol, regardless ill find a way to use a helicopter next time we use a nascar

If you raise rear suspension stiffness to max and raise the ride height of the rear to -0.1 its much easier to handle. You can even hold a line without restrictor plate.

funny thing about Octo's car (and I made this comment on Camodo's video of his POV): ever see the very first Daytona 500 at the Speedway when it was brand-new? that inaugural race had many racecars that were convertible! imagine seeing that in a race today!

I guess an oval track can be tough for some people -- that and maybe the NASCAR mod is a bit tough to handle ha ha! This was fun to watch regardless 👍
The track is pretty bad imo. They would of had a way better experience on like talladega or something similar

It was miserable watching Gav and everyone suffer. Problem was, pits took so long, your race was over so might as well go backwards.

y’all can do blowovers if you adjust the blowover coefficient in the tuning section of the vehicle configuration

Ive see you videos a few time but this is the first time ive noticed it. But what input method do you use? The reason why i ask is cuz the handling looks a bit wonky this race but im not sure if its the physics engine throwing me off or if its a controller/m&k type thing.
