I seen a couple people have QC issues. That’s crazy! This was a figure that I really didn’t pay much attention to when it was released, but I really liked after I got her in hand. I hope hasbro helps you out buddy .
Man, that's a bummer to have the QC issues. Literally the ONLY flaw with this line have been the nagging QC issues. I just received 3 Crimson Alley Vipers (All with super gummy legs/knees) and 1 of the 3 Mole Rats had both his arms just fall off. Lenny and the team do such a fantastic job on the design side that it takes the air out of the sails when there are constant QC issues.
Same with my alley viper too
I may cancel mine. Wasn't feeling her to begin with and looking at it not impressed.
But new molds, lots of weapons, what's not to like?
Agent helix is known for her battle calculations, guess she didn’t calculate losing her arm…lol. But hey, at least she gets the handicap parking spot at G.I. Joe Headquarters. Good review bro, mine should be here at anytime, got 2 from BBTS, my only issue with this is the bowl-legged look, it throws off this entire figure for me but maybe that will change with her in hand. Also will replace some of here weapons with Gridiron accessories to give her more of a badass look. Good video, sorry you received a shitty one. I was frustrated with my Mole Rats figures last night trying to get them to hold the drill which was a fight in itself and also it seems as though all of the Crimson Alley-Viper right arms don’t want to go down and are always puffed out a little bit but minor QC problems as opposed to broken limbs.

What's with Hasbro and the QC issues???? Its not like they are some small time company.
Ford, GM, Chrysler and all the car manufacturers have QC issues and they’re pretty big companies too. The question is, are there really that many QC issues? They use the same factories as a lot of the smaller companies and one thing might have got missed, like in a car. But here’s the big thing, we all have a camera now, so anytime there’s a QC issue with any toy company it’s gets shown, and that’s what people remember. So if there’s 99 reviews with no issues and 1 with an issue, you’re gonna remember the one with the problem. As for me, I’m just reviewing what I got, doesn’t mean everyone’s will be the same. That was a long winded answer, probably didn’t need to reply that much 😂
@@Apunkwithtoys I don't have helix but I have zarana and cover girl and they both had the same arm issue... And majority of the reviews I watched showed similar issues

I've seen 3 other reviews, 1 had no issues, 2 did. This is bad, far too many qc issues with this brand.
I’m thinking it’s the same factory that did cover girl wave that’s doing this wave. The QC issues are apparent in firefly, tunnel rat and now helix… if you watching Hasbro please see the pattern and address this issue at the factory, especially if it’s the same one
Arm thing is bullshit! For the price this is why I watch this means this one is being crossed off list also !

Out of the last 5 Joe’s I bought 3 have had qc issues.
That same issue happened to my Chuckles... Hasbro told me to go efe myself.
That is not what they said, I have dealt with them before.
@@Apunkwithtoys obviously that was not what they said but they are not helpful with exchanges is replacements. It's send it back and me sending them an email for 4 months asking where my refund is

The QC problem, yes Larry you should notifie bbts and then hasblow, they need to know so they can re tool it and its 30 bucks we pay for a toy that we should get that is perfect or close to it ,they make a shit ton of coin and its only right they fix it
BBTS took care of it and I would assume they will go Mack to Hasbro cause they’re not just gonna eat the cost.
The bicep separation has been the common problem for me, for males and females.
Don't have this figure yet but that whole broken shoulder... Just awful ☠️

I received my Agent Helix from HP in the UK today. No QC issues to speak of thankfully with mine. Not a fan of the guns with the extended clips personally but it is what it is. I noticed that in your review you had the swords housed incorrectly. The triangular slots in which the swords slot into mean that the blade face away from one another - as opposed to in the same direction :o)
Yup got my crimson alley viper was extremely disappointed can't bend right elbow top joint its like fused and the arms and legs are extremely gummy just crap qc
Mine just arrived today and shes fine I had to do the leg boil like baldy but omg!

QC issues keep rising cause most defend it i blame them.
My Helix cracked on both arms. I can't move my figs because half I crack the joints. It's really just a 4.99 figure line and they aren't really toys or collectibles. The deluxe ones shouldn't be more than 10 to 15 bucks. Essentially most of us are just stuck unfortunately paying a very high premium tax on the Joe name. The figures aren't worth it.

So this makes 3 figs of this line that have qc problems, her,Crimson vioer,fire fly,and if u want to say qc, my mole rat the black vest thing on his belly is crooked and he won't turn to the keft
Remember this when it comes to QC issues, everyone has a camera and internet so the moment there’s a QC issue, it’s posted. So I do believe that there may not be as many as we think, just everyone posts it when there is one. Now that is not me saying they shouldn’t be trying to cut down on them and improve the figures, but it makes you wonder what the actual percentage is that are defective 🤷🏻♂️

I live in Minnesota about a 2 hour drive from BBTS and all my orders go thru Illinois, Sh!t drives me crazy, What should be overnight takes a week.
Haha ok, that’s worse for sure. I’ve had stuff in my own city go down to Ohio and then come back up here and I’m like “I could have just skated over there and picked it up” 😂
Got two in. Both had zero issues. Asked a buddy and my brother who got her in also. Zero issues. So it’s just bad luck with some unfortunately. Awesome figure!
I hope you don’t think I am saying all these figures have issues, this is just the review of the one that I got. I know these will happen when there are so many produced, but we have seen a lot of issues on line.
QC issues like crazy,too many unwanted trash characters like metal head/big boa/marauders,rumored 2024 price increase hasbro is gonna kill gijoe again.
That’s your opinion that these are unwanted figures. Just cause you don’t want them doesn’t mean they’re unwanted. The line would die if they produced only the original figures, in order that they came out in the 80’s and made them look the same. As for QC issues, I have a lot to say about that, but I’m gonna cover that in an upcoming livestream. Also pricing, EVERYTHING in this world is going up, why is it these toys are the only thing people seem to complain about?
@Apunkwithtoys helix is awesome I don't think she is unwanted list. And at this point I don't get bothered now with characters I don't like because there are others I like. But sucks that the quality is going down while prices going to go up then again quality goes down and prices goes up I know u want to defend hasbro but it sucks that the quality is not that good now like the first waves while prices will keep increasing That's all.

Well I was on the fence about this one and I'm seriously considering cancelling it from my bag of loot on bbts now. I guess I can use the in store credit on Junkyard. Jesus that one is horribly expensive through Pulse. I was going to cost me 75 US to ship to Canada. Thankfully its not a Pulse exclusive so I can get them through bbts or even better some of the canadaian onlen stores that offer fair to free shipping depending on your order size.
That worrisome. Might wait until clearance.
Beyond that, I just want her for the 'mercs' shelf 😸
What’s more worrisome is the amount of different QC issues with this one figure. Also playing the clearance game doesn’t always pan out.
@@Apunkwithtoys yeah clearance is a gamble, but looks like that fig is, too. I'm genuinely sorry to see it. I had some hope, & I am a fan of Hasbro figures, if not the company itself.
