it really just illuminates how we sometimes treat people; we tell them they need help, but don't explain why. other times, when they ask for it, we don't know how to help them, and just shrug it off. leaving them at the same place they started.

A proper balance of both negative and positive emotions can ensure a lawn and healthy life as it is definitely okay to feel sad and to cry as it also is okay to feel happy, healthy, and Loved as in do not try to push away what you feel as that is a very big part of who you are
And just to clarify, I believe that all emotions are necessary for having a good, healthy and mostly happy life as even sadness can bring Joy under the right circumstances
@@dlionthesurvivor9690 If you are all about happy life, I'd say you are not meant to accumulate emotions, because even now we don't find out that we consume aggression which leads to depression and suicide. Learn psychology, idk? Aggression is the reason, and we get negative almost everyday if life was made up like this around
@@AuntiAvero I do agree that negative emotions are indeed bad when concentrated enough to the level of extremes that result in depression or suicide or aggression towards others but in my opinion, feeling these emotions and balancing them out with positive emotions is a way to ensure that you don't feel miserable all the time as a example, you can't force everyone to feel Happy all the time. It's just simply an impossibility but one way to deal with that is to balance out the negative emotions with positive emotions. How do you do so? Is a bit of a difficult task for either me, you or anyone to think of but that doesn't mean. It shouldn't be done as holding any of your emotions back will just make you feel worse. Dealing with those emotions in a positive way or in a way that helps is going to make you and anyone else feel better
