If people think they are racist cause of "schwartze man" theyy completly missed the point of the video as a whole. And schwartze man in this cause means boogey man
@@wolfgangullmann367 Why? In the end we see the stupid, fearful whites, looking at the black "man" on TV while eating 'Negerküsse'. meanwhile, the woman with child, imprisoned by barbed wire, in turn watches the men. They observe each other without humor, but talking seems impossible. There's no irony in it, it's right in your face.
Just some remarks: The several times mentioned "Schwarze Mann" ("black man") is known as a child fright figure in the German-speaking area ("Wer hat Angst vorm Schwarzen Mann" = Who does fear the black man). Depending on the region and time, it was understood to mean different beings: a dark shadowy figure or a man dressed in black. As a metaphor, the "bogeyman" reached a "peak" as personalization of evil, savagery, and the unknown in the course of colonization, and in the process also acquired a racist connotation. In this context, I find the consumption of those sweets (German so-called "negro kisses") at the end during the end credits very interesting, which work through this "black man" symbolism. Also the colors usage is interesting (Black/White/Red representing the Nazi-color Spectrum). I also found it interesting at the end of the credits that when the TV was destroyed, the color came back into the picture. Further, I noticed that the pie-like plots seen from above correspond to the "political symbol" at the lectern where the singer, wearing a straitjacket, gives his speech. After these borders & plots collapse during the wild shoot-out, the politician, unleashed by the straitjacket to spread his propaganda/fear. Cheering on the cheerleaders is the equivalent of pitching an idea/product and the dancers are slammed with money to sell the bricks and guns to the landowners. This Clip has many layers and can be interpreted in many directions. I see there is a statement on xenophobia and populism/media.

The only reason i know the picture didnt freeze is because the Rammstein video is rolling. If you have a reaction channel, how about you guys trying to at a bare minimum blink once of twice?
Schwarzer Mann means Black Man By the way. But not in the racist way to calm you. It always has meant some scary guy we should be scared of as child's so we listen to our parents.
You should check out Sabaton, a metal band that teaches you history. I would recommend "Christmas Truce" music video. Its about the unofficial truce made by the soldiers in christmas 1914 during WW1, where they stopped fighting and celebrated christmas together peacefullly for a short time.
can u please improve your audio quality? was very challenging to understand. maybe a headset for each of you. u already wear headphones. so adding a microphone would really help quality i think
The song is about fear & misinformation spread by the media & government, like the situation you saw under Trump’s reign of terror in the USA his supporters acting on his words etc.
the title is the first reaction to the video. you have no reaction throughout the video. the guy on the right doesn't make sense at all. I watched the worst reaction to the video. and you couldn't analyze the meaning of the clip.
@@JakeSmith-qc6lr you do realize that the band would know the double meaning, right? They used an African mother and child in the rubble of circle at the start and end. Do you really think they just happened upon the double meaning by mistake? Jesus wept
Rammstein are not racists!
In the Rammstein video "Deutschland" a black woman plays the most important role.
this woman embodies Germania

In german the Boogie Man is called der schwarze Mann. but refers to his evil dark soul
