I think the tissue was to add some elasticity and make the chopsticks work like tweezers, I can’t see it working for very long though, tissue isn’t exactly durable lol
for the dumpling, mold the sheet of dough pressing it with your fingers and into the shape of the container chute thing(?) and add a little bit of water at the edges. and it should work better cuz it grips into there unlike what mr puff is doing where it slid off.(i just noticed he also used a tortilla thats why it slipped) stop saying "ooh just use your hands then" or smth. u can still use your hands. its just more efficient and faster. its your choice (ty for the replies that corrected me)
