This is a refreshingly candid look into how coaching actually gets accomplished. Lenny gets plenty of credit for his expert audio engineering chops. But he deserves equal credit for his ability to provide salient and relatable advice, one-on-one, to help voice actors, musicians, and others understand their unique talents and how best to portray them in a digital world. Bravo!

Lenny, your story near the end is EXACTLY the difference between me and my wife...!! I was just rolling...! I do that all the time. "Wow...did you hear that chord change right there...! The singer just pulled a really hard interval..! The drummer just missed the pattern at a point near the end of the song!" She just looks at me and has no idea what i am talking about...!
    What a wonderful conversation..!

Wonderful story telling from Lenny. And lovely authentic energy from Julie. Thanks.
Suggestion for Julie is to hook up her favourite mic and add her love for audio to the streaming service being used 🙏

I relistened to your radio bit at 26:00 repeatedly because it was so talented and brilliant! For something you "pulled out of your butt." because I was invested...who was the drummer? How did they dress? How did YOU dress? And it was all fiction. Julie seems like a great person with a lot of passion - I hope she shares a Twitter or other social media so we could be in the same community.
