@Besa Bes oh you mean lung cancer well just use a N95 mask as you should we use this to remodeling home putting can lights that way you don't make a mess on the costumers home I am an electrician so yeah
Makes no difference the clean up is the same, in fact it makes it more annoying because you can see how square you are drilling Edit-Apparently it's for ceilings which makes more sense
Does it work? Kinda, look if your doing work like this do it outside and just get it done now if it’s inside a home with people living there and the dry wall is already up drill slowly and have something below and or a vacuum

Makes a huge difference. Its for drilling ceilings so it collects all the falling dust. He is just showing an example (in a stupid way).
Makes it harder to do precise drilling, i'd assume. As for the dust, it will still be around, just use a respirator.
