This is a super helpful session on using InDesign properly to output pdfs that pass accessibility checks. While no one can cover all the issues in an hour, Chad does a great job reviewing key ideas, and explains everything he covers in an easy to understand way.
Thanks Chad for an excellent presentation. A few things I noticed; when the info is imported using the "From XMP:Description" it can't be edited. Sometime, the descriptions have more info than necessary. Also, I wish the Object Export Options was a panel, so I didn’t have to go to Object > Object Export Options for every image. Chad, do you know of a quick key shortcut?
Great Video! I am having issues adding a keyboard shortcut for the Articles. Instead of clicking and dragging I want to be able to use the shortcut. I created a shortcut but all it does is open the Articles Window. Do you know how to do this?
This is really great info! I attended this session live, i'm glad ABLETech uploaded this. This is like my fourth time watching! Would it be possible to create chapters to this video for quick navigation? Thanks!!
Making Canva docs accessible: can be exported to PowerPoint or InDesign, then made accessible prior to generating PDF. I usually advise against using Canva because of the extra steps needed to make accessible.
