A problem with custom sort lists is that the list only exists on the PC of the person that created the file. Any other user of that file will not have that option.
Hi @Nitinpaste-k5l, Assume . . presently . . the dataset range is from B4:B10. You expect the range will increase from B10. In the SUM formula, You select a larger range. Example: SUM(B4:B1000) When new data is added in B11, B12 . . the formula will return the updated answer. This is the most convenient and oft-used method. Hope, this helps.
