This is the 12 Apostles Kids Bible Song sung only acapella. We hope that Bible class teachers use it to learn the songs themselves as well as use it to add fun and understanding for children when singing it in class. Parents please use our Bible songs to fill your home with Bible knowledge!
Details to notice:
-Peter and Andrew were called by Jesus while putting a net into the sea. (Matthew 4:18-20)
-James and John were in a boat mending nets when they were called by Jesus. (Matthew 4:21-22)
-Matthew left his tax booth to follow Jesus (Matthew 9:9)
-Jesus told Bartholomew (probably aka Nathanael) that he saw him under the fig tree (John 1:48)
-Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver (Matthew 26:14-15)
-After Judas' death, the apostles prayed and cast lots (we represent this by throwing dice) to decide who would take Judas' place as the 12th apostle. (Acts 1:24-26)
- We put a prison over Paul to signify the many times he was imprisoned in various places and ways.
