Let me clear.
Speaker price :- 2000 ( this is a high quality speaker in 8 ohms ) Local will cost you 1000, local brands like sweton , oswal, salson Milton will cost you 1200-1300 but this speaker is recommended as it is good quality and of 8 ohms)
Amplifier board - real market price - 600-700 you can get from websites like quartz components, flyrobo, robu etc all trusted websites) or you will get at same price from local market but beware of fake ics)
Bluetooth module - go to any local electronic spare part shop or above mentioned website you will get in 100-150
Go to same websites you will get battery level, bms, socket step down all in 300-400.
Battery price is ok
Although I will just recommend Smps power supply, which will cost you around 500-600 for 24v 5 amp. Connect to home plug instead of battery but if you want mobility use batteries.
Now cost down to 3200-3300 (2800-3000 in case of local speakers although not recommended) + wood in 500
Now it's quality will be high than what you get in local speakers.
I will also add that this person has not well designed it has no high frequency drivers but still will sound good like JBL which cost you around 12000-13000

for the First time Um watching a Nice build fro India, but put some Foam and replace the BT Module with QCC3031/34 Module which will give you Hi-Def aptX-HD Sound Quality... you also can use TDA7498 (2x100w @ 6Ohom) which is far more better than TPA3116D2 (2x25w @ 4ohom)...
I have a Boombox with QCC3031 and TDA7498 2x80w (4inch Sub-woofer 30W @ 8 ohom RMS and 80W Peek) at 24v 2600mAh battery pack,,. also added a Digital FM Radio on it... also upgraded to AC IN (24v 5A SMPS) so I wll never need to carry any chager

Bro you should have to given a hole in the speaker which would be very helpful because the base will not so much efficient becuase the frequency will very high from behind the speaker and from front of the speaker. Particles of air will collide to each other and make them choose to differnt due to which their capability of electron sharing in environemnt wither other aromatic will reduce due to this the frequency reduce from 20hz and you will get less pleasure from your speaker.
