The freshman was also looking straight most of the time, while the 7th grader was looking dead at his instrument the whole time. Freshy was practicing memorization, 7th grader was just doing it. Believe me I’m not saying the 7th grader was bad, I’m just saying that the freshy was obviously gonna have a tougher time since he was mostly doing it all from memory
Freshman messed up but it was cleaner and way more relaxed. 7th grader almost died from being too tense. Both were good, but I'm not a fan of their stick heights (not like mine are much better but still).
7th grader absolutely DESTROYED it!!!! Clicking back and forth, the younger of the two definitely has a speed advantage and didn't have the one mistake that the freshman did. Good job kid! You da man! 🫵😎

Well if the 7th grader can already play like the Freshman then I think that we all know this 7th grader is on his way to stardom. He about can write his own ticket to whatever he tries to do. And the freshman is very very good as well. My son is a drummer and started playing when he was 4 he is 32 now and still is amazing on his kit. Keep it up boys
