Pretty Ricky signed my CD back in 2006 (I still have it) and I said Thank you and Pleasure P was the only one that said you're welcome (he actually said you're welcome baby)..I never forgot that moment. The year was 2007. I was 19 years old and a freshman in college. My bestie and I were the hugest pretty Ricky fans on the planet! I was in love with slick em and bestie was in love with spec. We would zoom home to watch their videos on 106 & park and we would call each other during the commercial breaks when they performed at spring bling. We were 2 teeny boppers gone wild!!!! We finally got the chance to see them live in concert at the Tabernacle for the scream tour in March 2007. My mom bought me and my bestie a general admission ticket because she knew how fanatic we were over pretty Ricky. Our other bestie JP drove us to the venue in my electric blue car-no driver’s license, no registration, no car insurance! Not a soul but God would be able to keep us away from pretty Ricky! I don’t remember anyone else in the performance line up because I was there to experience pretty Ricky. I remember them coming out on stage, with them white towels, and that stage light shining through, giving us the illusion that we were seeing their private area. I literally screamed to the top of my lungs until I had no more oxygen in my brain. After screaming, I burst out in tears and started shaking. I felt faint like I was at a Michael Jackson concert. This was my 1st ever concert and one of the greatest experiences of my young life. My bestie and I still talk about this concert to this day at almost 37 years old. We will be old ladies in our nursing homes reminiscing about this concert! 1 month later, in April, I lost my virginity because I had a 1 track sex crazed mind after watching them perform the month before. Sorry mom lol 😆 Still love these guys to this day. Thank you J and Tank for inviting Pleasure P to the podcast. I thought I was 19 again today!!!!!
