Chelsea and City were 3rd division sides at one point, and United haven't produced one good player from their academy since 1992, and have spent tons of money for their success.

He's always been a great player, and a real class act off the field too, so I wish him all the best at Dortmund. Defensively unstable, but could do damage then lock it down with Kehl and Bender if need be. Milos Jojic used as a squad player and so on.
Doesn't really need to change much, in 12-13 Gundogan played CDM in the 4-2-3-1 usually at least until Gotze was subbed out or unavailable. So Gundogan has no problem playing deeper, start Kagawa along side him but with more freedom to play forward and Miki as a CAM.
Not too unstable if Pisczek, Hummels, Subotic, and Schmelzer play if you ask me but it's a killer lineup... I prefer the lineup that includes Ciro, Aubameyang, and/or Adrian Ramos.
