Welcome to the NEW Ontario Market Update formatting for the Canadian Real Estate Channel to keep you informed and up-to-date on the top regions you should be investing in, in Canada and how those markets are changing month over month.
As you will see in this video, we have realtor investor experts on the channel from the Kitchener/Waterloo, Durham, Niagara, Hamilton & Simcoe County Regions to provide a quick snapshot on what's happening in their markets and the major things you need to know as a Canadian Real Estate investor!
The goal with this new format is to create a side-by-side comparison of what's going on in various regions across Canada which will be followed up with subsequent deeper dive videos with each realtor over the coming week.

Haha. All people who benefit from buying a house telling you it’s a good time to buy a house. Of course prices are up - it’s spring. The question is how far they will fall after. We all know this.
I mean, the channel is geared towards investors, so yes, we anticipate seasonality. We also know that the past is a good indicator of the future (forecasting), and can use that to gain insight into where the price may go given all the other factors that contribute to market rates. Cheers.
