Why is the judge allowed to stay on the case when she is clearly biased?
Because we have a ridiculous justice system. She cannot be removed unless Jack asks the 11th circuit court to remove her and he has to have a good reason - meaning she did something official to show she is biased or incompetent. She has not actually issued any official orders so Jack can't ask for her removal. She has only issued "paperless" orders which are not what he can ask for her recusal on. As far as her calendar, judges are allowed to handle their own calendars and so whatever she does is not a reason for recusal, even though we all know she is doing all this on purpose.
She is being advised by Trump's lawyers on how to do what she is doing without getting removed. How to delay as long as possible and then dismiss.
Because she’s being sectetly coached to not screw up that badly.
All the judges handling these cases are being controlled by very high up people. This is all a show.

There is good news, though. By indefinitely postponing the trial, the DC trial once the SCOTUS immunity ruling comes down, can proceed and not be blocked by Cannon locking up dates on the calendar. Smith probably will not make a whole lot of moves on the documents trial until after the DC trial. The DC trial still has a shot for later this year, albeit a slim shot the longer SCOTUS drags their feet.
It’s not a huge jump to realize he kept the documents for nefarious reasons. The new information supports this probability even more.
He kept them to sell, I believe that with all my heart. It was a scheme in case he lost, he would still have enough to get things done.

From petty sessions all the way to the highest court in the land - from the likes of Cannon right through to Thomas and Roberts, the lack of accountability is, to this aussie anyway, antithetical to everything the rule of law is based on. Judge Cannon, by virtue of her passive aggressive behavior to delay and eventually make the Trump document case go away, should be indicted as a coconspirator. Being indicted would provide a clear basis for removing her from the case.

In view of Aileen Cannon's limited experience on the bench, I am reasonably sure that she is being advised/instructed on these actions. I would also believe that the instructions are coming from that very group that put forward her name for the bench, and also paid thousands of dollars for at least one of her vacations in Montana.

He should have been charged with obstruction according to the Muller Report too. I'm still unclear why the DOJ hasn't pursued those charges. I'm exceptionally disappointed with Merrick Garland.

Garland wasn't in office during the Muller report. The DOJ at the time was Bill Barr & he ruled that Muller couldn't charge the sitting president.
